How to lose fat the easy way!

For anyone starting out on their fat loss journey or you have just lost motivation then cutting the carbs are going to help. Massively.
We’re not saying never eat carbs again or that carbs are the devil. We’re saying the easiest approach is to cut them out.

Here’s a list of things to cut out –

Sugar
Chocolate
Crisps
Sweets
Full fat Fizzy drinks
All fruits except berries
Flour based products (wraps, bread, pasta)
Rice
Potatos
Oats
Beer
Wine
Sugary sauces and condiments

Here’s a list of things to eat –

Meat
Fish
Greens
Avocados
Oils
Cheese
Salad vegetables
Whey protein
Bare naked noodles
Herbs and spices
Eggs

With this approach to losing fat there’s not a lot to think about, is this high in carbohydrates? If yes, don’t add it to your nutrition. Strip your diet right back to protein and fats. Making sure you eat plenty of greens and things high in fibre. Of course there’s carbs in most greens or vegetables, if you aim to keep your intake below 10% of your daily calories then you will be fine.

The main aim here is to just get the crap out of your diet and replace it with high protein and high nutrient dense foods. Remember keep it simple and you can use this every day of the year.
