When are the sessions and how long are they?

Sessions are an hour long. The sessions will be on a Saturday morning 8am

Is the session run by a female coach?

Yes

Do I need to be fit to join?
Nope. Everything is tailored to your level. We meet you where you’re at.​

Is this just for Menopause?

This small group class is designed especially for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, at a time when strength training isn't just beneficial it's essential.
Its about strength, mindset, energy and being in a supportive group of women going through the same things as you.
