FAQ

When are the sessions and how long are they?

Sessions are an hour long. The sessions will be on a Thursday morning 11am

Can I bring my baby?

Yes, all babies welcome from 8 weeks to prewalking. Bring them in their carseat or a comfy mat. Nurse, change or comfort them as you need.

Do I need to be fit to join?
Nope. Everything is tailored to your level. We meet you where you’re at.​ As long as you're post 6 week check up.

​Is it worth the price?

Absolutely. You get expert coaching in a group of women just like you at a fraction of the cost of 1-2-1 PT. As well as out the gym support and guidance!
