Kathryn is a dedicated yoga instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience in guiding students toward physical and mental wellness. Her journey with yoga began as a personal practice to find balance and strength in my own life, and it has since evolved into a passion for sharing its transformative power with others. Her teaching style emphasises mindfulness, breath awareness and proper alignment, allowing students to cultivate a deeper connection with their bodies and minds.
